UMMM blueberry and coconut is a great combo. The end. Smoothie on.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- Optional: protein powder of choice (I use SFH Fuel)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I like it THICK, but if you want a thinner smoothie, add a little more coconut milk.
- Pour in a glass. Sip. Smile. Plan to make again tomorrow.
