Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

UMMM blueberry and coconut is a great combo. The end. Smoothie on.


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Optional: protein powder of choice (I use SFH Fuel)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I like it THICK, but if you want a thinner smoothie, add a little more coconut milk.
  2. Pour in a glass. Sip. Smile. Plan to make again tomorrow.

Servings: 1
