Greek yogurt is my fave. I particularly stray towards Trader Joe's plain Greek yogurt, as it has a whopping 22g of protein in a cup and is super versatile - whatever flavor I'm in the mood for, I just dress it up accordingly. Drizzle it with some honey and sliced fruit? Great. Add it to a smoothie for extra creaminess? Nailed it. Whisk it with peanut butter and cocoa powder for the most simple yet mind blowing moussey cookie dough-like treat? Witchcraft.
