Lol...if you guys want a good laugh, check out my old Buffalo Chicken Alfredo recipe. Hilarious that I ever thought it was acceptable to post that photo and expect people to be like "yum I should make that". Wouldn't be surprised if that page got zero hits. I actually thought about re-making the dish just to photograph it better...but then thought nah....it's too funny to take down. I mean jesus, it looks like I sloppily ate three quarters of the plate and decided to hastily snap a pic before slurping the rest down.
Are these noodles drunk because: A) I was under liquid influence when I made them? B) They are drunk with flavor? C) You can only eat them past midnight after you've consumed a few cold ones? Or, D) All of the above? Well...A is partially true, B is for damn sure, and having these leftover in when you're in a scenario similar to C is not a bad situation to have.
Avocado is one of the most universal fats. If you are able to think outside the "avocado is only for guacamole or breakfast scrambles" box, it can do a whole lot with just about any meal. For the love of god do not stop making guacamole or breakfast scrambles...but go ahead and try it in a smoothie! Make a chocolate pudding with it! Or make it into a pasta sauce with the below recipe! :) :) :)
KELP NOODLES. Yet another healthy alternative to pasta. It's among my favorite pasta subs, right up there with spaghetti squash and zucchini/squash noodles. Kelp noodles, though not quite a vegetable, host a variety of minerals and are incredibly low on the calorie/carb scale. Pretty sure one serving has 6 calories. Not that I give a rat's ass about calories anymore, but for those of you that do...a) tisk tisk and b) eat kelp noodles.
