I truly hope that everyone's Thanksgiving celebration was full of family, relaxation, good food and ZERO GUILT! Even as a part time fitness coach and nutritionist, indulging in the Thanksgiving feast without restriction is important to me for a few reasons.
Sounds good, right? Well, if you don't like mushroom, broccoli or chicken, then maybe not...but don't make me laugh...why wouldn't you like those things? Just kidding, I won't judge you for your weird palate. If you're not a fan of mushroom (which I presume would be the case for most of this recipe's haters), just sub it out for a diced up yellow onion. If you don't like onion, then you're shi* out of luck and this meal simply won't occupy your plate :)
